Exhibition News | Redcoast Debuts at Yantai International Chemical Equipment Expo

Redcoast2025-09-22

From September 4th to 6th, The Yantai International Chemical Equipment Exhibition 2025 was successfully held. Redcoast (Booth: BT23), as an innovator in industrial artificial intelligence field, became an exhibition highlight during its debut appearance by showcasing its industry-leading integrated solution for “Industrial Intelligent Manufacturing Value Chain Collaboration”.
The exhibition attracted chemical enterprises, industry experts, and professional visitors from across the country. Through solution demonstrations, technical exchanges, and scenario presentations, Redcoast comprehensively showcased innovative applications of AI technology in chemical safety production, efficiency improvement, and low-carbon transformation.
Exhibition Highlights:Intelligent Solutions Attract Professional Visitors for On-site Engagement
On the opening day, Redcoast’s booth BT23 welcomed numerous professional visitors for consultations and tours. Centered around the theme “AI Empowers Three-dimensional Advancement in Industrial Manufacturing,” the company established immersive thematic exhibition zones, including four major sections: The Digital Twin (LFP Digital Twin) zone, Predictive Vision (Predictive Maintenance) zone, Smart Cloud (HaloMES Digital Factory) experience zone, and Insight Prism (Visualized Chemical Equipment) effect demonstration zone.

The Digital Twin factory demonstration zone showcased Redcoast’s capability to drive full-process mapping from physical equipment to digital models using real-time field data. Core competencies include:
- Real-time Data Acquisition & Virtual Mapping
- Process Parameter Modeling & Visual Traceability
- Equipment Health Prediction & Safety Closed-loop Management
The full-process mapping empowers enterprises to achieve full visibility of factory operations through a single dashboard, intelligent early warning for production anomalies, and flexible coordination of dispatch management, ultimately accomplishing the goal of “reducing cost, improving quality, and increasing efficiency.” Many visitors were attracted by the demonstration effect of this exhibition zone, stopping to watch or proactively operating the system demo to immersively experience the charm of Redcoast’s Digital Factory.
Technical Highlights:End-to-End AI Solutions Addressing Industry Pain Points
During the exhibition, Redcoast highlighted three major solutions tailored for the chemical industry:
1. Redcoast’s Digital Twin System
The system deploys various sensors and visual collection devices to establish a perception network that covers the entire plant area, enabling real-time monitoring of equipment status, personnel activities, and environmental changes. When anomalies are detected (such as gas leaks, unsafe operations, or abnormal equipment temperatures), the system can trigger alerts within seconds and recommend response measures, significantly improving emergency response speed to millisecond level. This ensures more precise and efficient safety management, building a robust and intelligent safety defense for smart manufacturing.

2. Redcoast’s HaloMOM System - Halo Digital Factory Demonstration
Redcoast MOM seamlessly integrates with systems such as ERP, WMS, SCADA, and LIMS through open data interfaces, breaking down data silos and enabling end-to-end visual management from order to production and delivery. Additionally, the system supports dual backup (cloud + local), with automatic encryption and storage of critical data. This ensures rapid recovery of production records even in the event of equipment failure, completely eliminating the risk of data loss.
This time, our HaloMOM system primarily showcased to the audience the Redcoast cooperation case — Jiangxi Halo Digital Factory. With the technological support from Redcoast, Jiangxi Halo has achieved a qualitative leap from National Smart Manufacturing Level L2 to L6.
3. Equipment Predictive Maintenance System
By analyzing equipment operation data and historical maintenance records, the system can predict the probability of failures and the remaining useful life, enabling enterprises to shift from reactive repairs to proactive maintenance. During the demonstration, this system attracted the attention of representatives from several large chemical companies, leading to in-depth technical exchanges and on-site demand alignment.

Moreover, leveraging this exhibition, Redcoast has launched a lifetime free licensing initiative for its MOM system. Enterprises will not bear any software licensing costs and only need to select and adopt relevant services provided by Redcoast—such as consulting, implementation, training, and operation and maintenance—based on their specific needs.
Industry Exchanges:In-depth Dialogues Reveal Market Demand and Technology Trends
During the exhibition, the Redcoast team observed that the chemical industry’s demand for AI technology is shifting from single-point applications to integrated solutions, particularly in the following aspects:
Needs for Work Safety Compliance: As national requirements for chemical production safety continue to intensify, companies urgently need technological means to achieve holistic risk management covering the entire process and all elements.
Pressure for Energy Efficiency Improvement: Under the “Dual Carbon” goals, chemical companies are urgently seeking technological means to reduce energy and material consumption.
Talent Shortage Challenge: The industry is facing a wave of retirements among experienced process engineers and equipment specialists, creating a need for AI systems to capture and transfer professional knowledge.
These insights further validate the correctness of Redcoast’s technology strategy and provide clear direction for the company’s product iteration.

Taking the Exhibition as a New Starting Point to Deepen Integration and Innovation of AI + Chemical Industry
During this exhibition, the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of Redcoast stated: “This event has strengthened our conviction that the deep integration of AI technology with industrial scenarios is the inevitable path for the future upgrade of manufacturing. Redcoast will continue to deepen our technical system of ‘Perception-Measurement-Decision-Empowerment-Lean Improvement’, providing the chemical industry with smarter solutions that are safer, more efficient, and more eco-friendly.”
The exhibition has concluded, but Redcoast’s innovation journey continues. The company plans to take this event as a starting point to thoroughly follow up on business leads generated during the exhibition, while accelerating the development and iteration of industry-specific solutions for the chemical sector.
Looking ahead, Redcoast will continue to engage in industry exchanges and collaborate with chemical enterprises to promote the practical application of smart manufacturing, contributing to the high-quality development of the chemical industry.
